Our service lines cover most of what high-growth companies hit week to week, but not everything fits in a box. If what you need is not listed, ask us anyway.
We do more than the headline categories suggest: intellectual property work, one-off documents, the awkward thing your last lawyer quoted three weeks and a fortune for. If it is commercial legal work and we can do it well, we quote a fixed fee and get on with it.
And if it is genuinely not our area, such as litigation, conveyancing or anything that needs a specialist we are not, we will tell you straight and point you somewhere sensible rather than waste your time. You should not have to guess whether a firm can help before spending an hour finding out. Either way:
- A fixed fee quoted up front for anything we take on
- A qualified solicitor on the matter
- A straight, fast answer, even when the answer is no
- Intellectual property assignments and related documents
- One-off and non-standard documents
- Anything commercial we can do well at a fixed fee
- A straight answer if it is not our area
