Confidentiality
Every matter is confidential from the moment you send it, whether or not you go on to instruct us. The solicitors who work on it are regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority in their individual capacity, and the duty of confidentiality they owe you is the same professional duty that binds a solicitor at any other firm. It does not lapse when a matter closes.
We do not name clients on this website without their agreement. The quotes on our Clients page are anonymous by default for that reason.
Your documents and our AI platform
Our platform does the drafting, redlining and first-pass review on your matters, and a qualified solicitor verifies every output before it reaches you. The platform is our own: it was built for legal work, and it uses the major frontier language models for the steps each one is best at.
- We do not train models on your data. Your contracts, your redlines and your commercial positions are used to do your work, and for nothing else.
- Your context stays yours. When we onboard you we build a profile of how your business thinks about risk, so later reviews start from your positions rather than a generic template. That profile is specific to you and is never shared with, or applied to, another client.
- A solicitor is in the loop on every output. Nothing generated by the platform is sent to you, or to a counterparty, without a qualified solicitor having reviewed it.
Who sees your matter
The solicitors working on your matter, and the small team that runs the platform they work on. Nobody else. We do not sell, share or license client data to third parties, and we do not use one client’s documents to inform work for another.
If a matter needs a specialist we are not, for example litigation or overseas law, we tell you so and refer you on. We do not pass your documents to another firm without asking you first.
How we work with you
Once you are a client we run live matters on whichever channel suits your team: Slack, WhatsApp or email. The choice is yours, and so is the decision to move a sensitive matter to a different channel. If your company has its own rules about where documents may be shared, tell us at the start and we will work within them.
